Telephone, fax or mail orders welcomed. Normally most items are in stock. If partial shipment is requested, shipping/handling charges will be added to each shipment.

Warranty:
McCarten warrants its products to be free from defects workmanship and material. If any such defects occur, replacement will be made without charge to our customers. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, and abuse. The warranty period depends upon the product.
Return Policy:
All returns shall have McCarten authorization with return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns within 30 days of sale shall be subject to a 10% restocking fee, 60 days of sale 15%, and 90 days 20%. Product shall be in original packing and shall not be damaged in anyway. Products are subject to inspection and acceptance upon receipt of product. No returns accepted after 90 days from date of sale. Custom orders, special orders and cut cable are not eligible for return or cancelation. Damaged freight claims shall be reported to McCarten within 3 calendar days.
